A few things to know:

Please submit this form at least (4 weeks or earlier) of your event date to ensure proper planning and scheduling.
Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. You will be contacted by Trustee Wesley Jones, Church Operations, or a designee to confirm your event request.
All events must adhere to FavorNation church policies and guidelines.
