Have you ever struggled with an illness and been healed by the grace of GOD? Have you been broken by the circumstances of life and pieced together again through GOD’s love? Have you searched for guidance, found your path through the mercy of Jesus and come out VICTORIOUS? What is your story? We want to hear from YOU!
Discover your triumph! The VICTORIOUS Celebration is the premier women’s event in Hampton Roads. From approachable celebrity guests, to the top spiritual entertainment; it is a sisterly sanctuary crossing all cultural barriers--an event that can’t be missed!
Birthed out of the women’s ministry of FavorNation Church, Victorious salutes top motivational speakers who share their inspiring stories of wisdom and overcoming great obstacles. For years, women have been risk-takers, extraordinary innovators, and spiritual matriarchs of this nation. To honor these sheros, VICTORIOUS hand selects community based organizations, that serve as women’s advocates and bestows upon them The Head Over Heels Award.
The event gives women and the men who love them, an enjoyable breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere where they can all share their experiences and stories. A portion of the monies raised go toward scholarships to worthy students. Previous speakers include Hampton Roads icon, Bishop Anne Gimenez of Rock Church and author of Second Chances, Pat Southall-Smith, a former Miss Virginia and wife of NFL Hall of Famer, Emmitt Smith.
Sometimes our lives can become extremely hectic, stressful; even burdensome, and we just cannot wait until T.G.I.F. But why wait until Friday, when you can start refueling your energy on Wednesday nights during our Victorious women’s bible study!
In an intimate setting, strong, solid, unbreakable bonds are built through miraculous life transformations. Witness the power of prayer truly prevail, see the chains of heartache, misery and pain broken week after week!
Engage in conversations surrounding life-altering issues that affect us physically, mentally and spiritually. Be reminded that we are not in this journey called life, alone. Not only do we join together to study the Word, we transparently share our everyday experiences, discuss our trials, triumphs and truths, and deepen our understanding of how God’s word aligns with each endeavor we encounter. We truly believe that prayer releases the power of God and that interceding on behalf of others is a vital part of this ministry.
